Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to all our art lovers for purchases over AED 2,000/- .
If your order does not reach that amount, don't worry! Purchases below AED 2,000/- have a flat shipping rate of AED 110/- for International shipments and AED 30/- within the UAE.
Custom-made pieces have different handling times (the time it takes to ship them to you) than our standard products.
Each product page has an estimated delivery time below the price.
Depending on the products selected, the handling time:
- Standard art pieces: 2 business days
- Iconic Collectors art pieces: 5 business days
- Collectors art pieces (made to order): 30 business days
After handling, the shipping times:
- UAE: 2 business day
- GCC Countries: 3-5 business days
- United States/Puerto Rico: 10-13 business days
- Mexico/North America: 10-13 business days
- Spain/France/Europe: 10-13 business days
- Central America: 10-13 business days
- South America: 10-13 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 10-13 business days
- South Africa: 10-13 business days
- Asia: 5-7 business days
When ordering items with different handling periods, the delivery of all items is done in accordance with the longest handling time.
During peak holiday shopping seasons, our estimated delivery times may vary.
Our artisans and dispatchers do not work on Sundays or holidays. With all the passion put into each art piece, they must rest enough!! Therefore, we dispatch orders on the following business day.
Note: From time to time, there can be the occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe.
Estimated duties and taxes vary by country. You may be liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate. Import duties and taxes are separate costs not included in your purchase order. These charges are your responsibility and are settled with the carrier.
Please be aware that we do not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the shipping country (country of destination). Contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
If you refuse a shipment from Au Soleil, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, the import fees, and any return fees incurred upon delivery back to us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Not quite right? No worries! We want you to love your Au Soleil art piece as much as we do. We happily accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery for all non-sale items.
We will happily exchange your items for a different size or give you store credit for orders of equal or higher value than the original purchase amount.
Permitted exchange conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed.
- All original tags attached.
- Hygiene seal in place for applicable items.
Please Note: Customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
